LAN to RS-232/485 serial port converter with 12 digital inputs and 4 outputs. Accessible as a remote serial port in Windows, or via Telnet.
The serial port is accessible via a Telnet protocol. Alternatively, it can be redirected to a virtual serial port in Windows (e.g. COM 27).
12 digital inputs are used to connect external relays or buttons. Digital outputs can control external relays.
In a typical application, I/O Controller is used to connect external inputs (door contacts) and a RS232 device (banknote counter) to a central server.
