IP Relay HWg-ER02a

IP Relay ER02a is a RS-232 / RS-485 serial line converter with two 230V-rated SPDT relays.

The contacts and the serial line can be controlled using the free HW VSP (virtual serial port) software, or using the documented M2M protocol. The communication protocol is based on Telnet and RFC2217 extensions.

HWg SDK gives examples, in several programming languages, of using IP Relay in your software and applications.

I/O Controller 1204

I/O Controller allows remote control of binary inputs, outputs and a RS-232 serial line over Ethernet. Two boxes can be connected to each other thus prolonging the inputs, outputs and serial line over Ethernet.

A typical application controlles several relays and RS-232 line over Ethernet. An advanced application is for example a small “terminal” capable of connecting a bar code reader, LCD display, setup buttons and diagnostic LEDs

I/O Controller enables monitoring of binary inputs as well as control of outputs and the serial line remotely over TCP/IP and Ethernet.

Serial port, inputs and outputs are controlled with a TELNET-like (RFC2217) M2M protocol. The protocol is fully documented. Use the Hercules terminal SW for testing.

• Accelerate your deployment with many examples for various programming languages in the HWg SDK (Borland C++ Builder, MS Visual C, VB, Delphi, C#, PHP, JAVA).
• Box-2-Box mode: Two units can be connected against each other in order to interconnect all their inputs and outputs over the Ethernet, including the serial line.
